The Cranberry Bellini


This little cocktail looks so yummy... I found it on one of my favourite blog sposts "Swanky Tables" and I just had to share it. I'll be trying it out my self this weekend!

Ingredients:
Makes one drink
1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons of cranberry juice cocktail
splash of Cointreau
Prosecco
Place cranberry sauce into a high ball glass. Add cranberry juice cocktail and Cointreau. Slowly fill with Prosecco and stir to combine.
